ESR Ability Removals training.

"THE ABILITY PROGRAM"

Eastern suburbs has a training program designed to increase the ability of trainees to manoever heavy furiture thru difficult access.

Once hes have passed the ability course he can then proceed to the next level of the program which gives him more job management abilities as a removalists ie client service,billing etc.

The "ABILITY PROGRAM" takes each new trainee thru a wide series of exercise on the job. Each ability that the trainee has proven is checked off the list.

The ability manual has 150 exercises the trainee must complete.

Documentation of the cource is given to the trainee if he chooses to work elsewhere then he can show at least the abilities that he has accumulated. Each Ability sighned off by management.
